The market will resolve to “Yes” if Electric Capital’s 2025 Developer Report explicitly ranks ICP as the top L1 blockchain in terms of total developer activity. It will resolve to “No” if another blockchain is ranked higher for total developers. If the report does not include a clear metric for total developers or no such ranking is published, the market will be considered void.
